Registration Procedures & Cancellation Policies
for classes at Nicole's Studio

TO REGISTER FOR CLASSES/WORKSHOPS*:

You can reserve a seat in classes via email: email Kelly Frost (kelly_nicstudio@bellsouth.net) Please include the best phone number to reach you in your email. We read emails every day (even from home) and you will get a much quicker response.
You are confirmed for a workshop only after you have made your payment:
1. Mail a check to the gallery: payable to Nicole’s Studio, 715 N. Person Street, Raleigh, 27604
2. Phone the gallery with a credit card number at 919-838-8580 ~OR~
3. Stop by the gallery in person and pay via cash, credit card or check.
4. If we have your cc# on file, you do not need to phone us again unless your expiration date has changed.

Kelly Frost will contact you to for registration and send you a final confirmation after receipt of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY - PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY:
Students who cancel less than:
• TWO WEEKS prior to the start of a class will be charged a 35% cancellation fee. The remaining 65% can be applied to a future workhop.
• 4 DAYS prior to the start of a class will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the remaining 50% can be used toward a future workshop.
• ONE DAY prior to class or do not show up will receive NO REFUND
• Unfortunately students who start a multiple-day class and are unable to attend any portion will not receive a refund.

PARKING: The gallery has plenty of parking in front, around our side entrance and there is an additional lot just 50 feet away for overflow....parking is NOT an issue here. Please don't park in front of the adjacent Drapery store.

CLASS LOGISTICS: The gallery provides coffee and water during classes. One or multiple day workshops there will be a break for lunch and students can either bring their own lunch to eat here, or go across the street to the lunch counter at Person Street Pharmacy, takeout from Rosie’s Plate. Sunflowers and Logan’s are a short drive or walk (3 blocks) from the gallery.
