Supplies can be found at Jerry's Artarama:

AskewTaylor, Michaels or AC Moore.

• To Paint on a large canvas in one sitting...it is good to start with acrylic paint first to get the most coverage before switching to oil,
It's OK TO USE cheap ones, this is for underpainting only:
• ultramarine blue • yellow • alizarin crimson • white • cad red light (optional)

• Oils, Acrylic, or Water Soluble Oil in the following colors:
  1. Alizarin Crimson
  2. Cadmium Red Light or Vermillion
  3. Cad Yellow Pale or light (no green hue)
  4. Ultramarine Blue (or Cobalt)
  5. White
  6. Cerulean Blue -Hue OK
  7. Cad Yellow Medium
  8. Sap Green or Viridian

• A couple of large canvas, minimum size 16 x 20
• A couple of palette knives
• A range of brushes (natural bristle for oils), for example size 2, 4, 6, & 8 square and filbert
• A large disposable palette 12 x 16 (Jerry's or Askew--no paper plates or flimsy materials)
• For Oil: Odorless Turpenoid
• A jar to hold your solvent or water painting medium
• Paper Towels or rags
• Apron or smock, etc
• A portable floor easel ...we have easels here, but bring one if you have it
