Supplies for Rocky's "How to Paint Architecture" class:
• PAINT: Your usual paint colors in either oil, water soluble oils or acrylics.
As a guideline, make sure you have:
- 2 reds (cadmium & alizeran)
- 2 blues (ultramarine & either prussian, thalo or cerulean)
- 2 greens (sap and either thalo or veridian)
- 2 yellows (cad yellow light or medium and an ochre)
- burnt sient
- white
• CANVAS:
One 16 x 20 canvas
MEDIUM: Either ODORLESS mineral spirits or water, whichever your paints require (oil painters please bring a container with a lid to transport the leftover medium)
BRUSHES: A variety of sizes, flats and filberts
• OTHER:
- pencil
- eraser
- paper towels
- easel
- a couple of palette knives
ROCKY WILL PROVIDE PHOTOS FROM WHICH TO PAINT, you do not need to bring your own photos.
