This was a special commission a year in the making that started with a photography session yielding over 100 paint-able photos, followed by several color studies where I collaborated with the client on bringing her vision to canvas. The concept of sea and wind with a flowing sheet, hair and whitewater unifying the beautiful figure into the scene felt like a rhapsody in white and captured the memory of that day.
